Yes, we can expedite the production time for a fee. The fee varies (starts at $35 per item) depending on how soon you need it, how complex the made-to-order item is, and our current production workload. For expedited service, we guarantee a ship-by date.

We suggest selecting UPS or DHL Express if you plan on expediting your order.

We try our best to accurately and consistently represent the colors shown on our products. However, color may vary across display monitors, lighting conditions, and product angles. We recommend viewing customers' photos at the bottom of each product page when evaluating product colors.

Since leather is a natural material, each product is one-of-a-kind — expect variation in markings, color and patterns. Due to the handmade nature of our leather products, expect a small tolerance in length and thickness.

Leather is a natural product that needs to be handled carefully.

Over time, the leather’s color may naturally darken. To preserve the leather’s color, avoid excessive exposure to direct sunlight.

Protect your leather product from excessive heat or wet conditions. If your product gets wet, use a dry light colored cloth and leave to dry naturally. Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaners.

We use full grain leather (with the exception of our suede watch straps).

Our leather straps are not waterproof/water-resistant. Occasional splashes (e.g. washing hands) will not structurally damage the strap, but it is best to avoid water and wet conditions. If your strap gets wet, you can use a dry light colored cloth and leave to dry naturally.

A buckle is included in every strap purchase unless it is a custom strap incompatible with our buckle.

We do not include standard (non-quick-release) springbars in every strap purchase. However, you can purchase them here.

We do not include a springbar tool in every strap purchase, but you can purchase one here.

We include quick-release springbars if you select the quick-release springbars option in the list of customizations, and the two-piece strap width is between 18mm and 22mm.

If you selected quick-release springbars, and the two-piece strap width is less than 18mm or larger than 22mm, we will only punch the cutouts/holes at the back of the strap. You will need to source the quick-release springbars.

We do not accept returns for straps with quick-release springbars (customized straps).

We do not include quick-release springbars for NATO straps, but you can purchase them separately here.

Yes, VEBLENIST Gift Cards are available to purchase online in increments of $25, $50, $100, $150, $200, and $500. Our gift cards are sold as unique digital codes (we do not ship physical gift cards) that can be used as payment for orders placed on our online store. When you purchase a gift card, you can email the code to your recipient or to yourself. VEBLENIST Gift Cards never expire and are non-refundable.

Since we are located in Chicago, we are required by law to collect sales tax on transactions that occur within the state of Illinois.

Our workshop is located at 1229 N. North Branch St., Chicago, IL 60642. This is where we make our products and, at this time, we do not operate a retail store.

Other products are sourced globally including China and Italy.
