International customers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex, and other high-end watches, to the U.S. from foreign countries and will be responsible for any taxed or customs fees potentially incurred.

Provided that the watch is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a full refund for the watch. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment and this process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete.

We will refund your payment as soon as we receive and inspect your returned items. This process typically takes 10 business days after receiving your returned package, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

If the item you return is ineligible for a refund (e.g., worn condition), we can either recycle it at no cost or ship it back to you at cost. Shipping cost depends on your chosen shipping method. The re-shipping cost for USPS First Class is $5.
