1. Lost Packages

  • The package is lost in transit by the carrier.
  • The package is never delivered to the recipient.

2. Damaged Goods

  • The package arrives with visible external damage (crushed, torn, or water-damaged box). The contents inside the package are damaged due to mishandling.

3. Theft (Stolen Packages)

  • The package is stolen before delivery (e.g., from a warehouse or during transit).

4. Misdelivery / Wrong Address Issues

  • The package is sent to the wrong address due to a carrier error.
  • The package is marked "undeliverable" and is never returned.

What is NOT Covered?

  • Shipping delays.
  • "Porch piracy" or when tracking shows "delivered," but the customer never received it.
  • Customs confiscation (international shipments held or seized by customs).
  • Fraudulent claims or suspicious loss claims.
