Made to Order

Each Veblenist strap is crafted specifically for you in our Chicago workshop. Production begins only after your order is placed, allowing every strap to be made according to your selected leather, dimensions, and specifications.

Made-to-order craftsmanship requires time and attention to detail. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days (about 2-3 weeks) for production before shipment. More complex custom orders may require additional time.

Shipping & Returns

We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders. International orders of $199 or more qualify for complimentary DHL Express shipping.

For standard (non-custom) straps, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A $20 restocking fee applies to returns, and cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Customized straps are crafted specifically for their future owner and are therefore final sale.

Which lug width do I need?
Lug width is the gap between your watch's lugs where the strap attaches, in millimeters. Choose the size that matches your watch, or order a custom width from 14–26 mm — see our size guide if you're unsure.

What watches does this strap pair with?

Are quick-release springbars available?
Yes — quick-release springbars (16–24 mm) are available so you can swap the strap without tools.
