Perfect strap like always.
Fit and finish is close to perfection. Not a single blemish or flaw that I could see. The stitching is very clean and uniform. The edges are finished smooth and no rough spots anywhere. The leather is super supple and soft, the strap flexes almost like a rubber tropic band instead of leather. I only wished that the strap was a little bit thicker, I think the spec. says it’s 2.1mm thick. It would have been nice if it was about 3mm thick or so. The strap is on my Squale 2001 which is 13mm thick so if you look at it from the side, the strap looks un-proportional relative to the thickness of the watch. But looking at from the front, I love the look of the Blackmar strap on this watch. Yes, I know I put a leather strap on a diving watch but the only diving I’m going to is in the bathroom sink.

Veblenist were super helpful when I had to change the size ordered. They also realized I had ordered something that was provided with the band, and I was refunded that part of the purchase very quickly. The band itself is great. I absolutely love it, it is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the leather and the feel is very soft and it is easily my new favorite strap to use. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because I believe it wasn't sized correctly. I'm not a watch collector by any means but, I find it odd that it the two holes that the strap "kind of" fits are the two last holes. The last one is very tight, and the next one has my watch going up and down my wrist. I suppose it is what it is? Other than that, great great product.
Fantastic band
I asked for a custom strap and this blew me away. It shipped quicker than expected and the quality is outstanding. It looks fantastic and fits fantastic. Highly recommend! I will probably be buying most of my straps from here now.
