Texture and colors are vivid, the lighter areas are almost an electric blue while the darker areas have a satisfying deep navy. Quality feels top notch, and the leather is breaking in easily during the first full day of use. If it doesn't hold up to wear and tear, I'll come back and edit the review, but I have no misgivings right now.
The quality of the leather is top-notch; the grain and the depth of the dyeing are beautiful, giving it a truly premium feel that complements my collection well. What stands out the most is the comfort. It is incredibly supple and skin-friendly, requiring almost no break-in period. It wraps around the wrist perfectly. The only minor critique I have is regarding the cutouts for the quick-release spring bars. The finishing of the holes isn't quite as clean as the rest of the strap. However, this is a very small detail that doesn't affect the functionality or the look when worn. Given the price point, the craftsmanship is definitely there. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend them to any watch enthusiast.
Veblenist has the most nuanced colors and textures for leather straps, and that is why I am a repeat customer. I ordered the Bureau Blue strap and, when it arrived, it was gorgeous. I ordered this strap with the curved option in anticipation of a Ming Mosaic I had my eye on. The strap arrived in July. Unfortunately, my Ming purchase fell through, and I couldn't get my hands on another one until November. Now that I have the watch I find the strap doesn't fit. I think the curve isn't deep enough. I wrote back to Veblenist twice, but got no reply. I then sent a message through the website and also got no reply. My theory is that they looked at the order date and assumed I was asking for a refund outside of the coverage period, but I am not. I am just looking for help. I would even pay for the additional labor, if that is what it takes to make this strap work. Even a piece of advice would have been welcome, but customer service is choosing to ignore my messages completely, it seems. What a disappointment. I really do love their products. Honestly, I will still keep buying their straps despite this because I like them so much. Maybe I should be mad, but I am just really, really disappointed. In the future, if I need customization, I might just get a strap from Handdn, Hoasa, even Zenio, who have been very responsive, in my experience. The Bureau Blue is still a gorgeous strap withe rich, deep blue tones. I just wish I could use it on my Ming Mosaic 37.07.

I knew this was going to be a special leather when I saw this strap fitted to a Furlan Marri Sabbia Rosa on Instagram. I immediately knew I needed to pair this combo and the strap has exceeded my already high expectations. The texture of the leather and the way the light plays with the blue shades is magnificent and the strap more than justifies the price paid. Exceptional!!
I ordered a custom sized band and it fit my watch and wrist perfectly. I was very happy to be able to special order my size, since I hadn't otherwise been able to find a short enough ready-made band for my skinny wrists. The leather is good quality and the dark blue color is great, just as shown. Highly recommend!
