I have a Helm Milano with blue face, I wanted a smart casual strap to go with it and the Cigar Brown suede Strap seemed to fit the bill… it does. I wear the watch on less formal occasions and so the strap suits it perfectly, I love the feel/look of the strap/watch and hope that the quality matches the ‘look’, to early to say yet
Love the suede straps. Easy install. Comfortable. The suede texture adds depth to each watch. I find myself reaching more often for these watches in my collection than I expected. Customer service is excellent. Any issues and threy resolve them without hesitation.
I own many leather straps, but this was my first suede, and I could not be happier. Someone said it was like an old worn baseball glove, and while I dont think it looks or feels exactly like that, it has the same level of charm- It feels like an old friend. It's just the right thickness, lightweight so you forget that you are wearing it. I will definitely be buying more colors.
Was looking for a brown suede strap online and found Veblenist. I ordered a custom length strap to fit my 7.25 in wrist. Since I ordered a custom length it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. I really appreciated the presentation packaging which made the purchase feel a bit more special. The suede is supple and the fit is excellent. Would definitely buy again.
This is a great strap. It can look rugged and sophisticated. They have looked great on everything from my Seiko Alpinist to my Grand Seiko to my Nomos Tangente. I'm careful with them and try not to get them wet, and I don't usually wear them two days in a row just to baby them and keep them looking great for a long time. They look so good. I'm very happy with them.

It took more than 3 weeks to get the strap from order to delivery, but it was worth the wait. Quality suede and finishing; a nice inside lining: solid buckle. It’s an excellent fall strap.
The strap is of excellent quality. It is very flexible and comfortable to wear. I would buy again from them. My only small complaint is it did not come with spring bars.

Absolute beauty of a strap. The leather is supple and requires little to no break in period. The fit is perfect - I ordered a 20/18 custom taper with quick release pins. Everything came perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful purchase experience. I was able to have this strap customized with no taper and the quality of both the leather and the work itself are exceptional. I feel like this is the perfect strap for this watch… now I am trying to figure out which Veblenist strap is the right choice for my other watches. I can’t imagine buying a strap from any where else moving forward.

Good looking strap
The edge coating of the straps squeak a little bit against the stainless lugs of my Hamilton watch, but I'm assuming this will stop after some time. Other than that, the build quality is really good, the leather is soft and looks great!
I will definitely buy again but next time I’ll customize it better to fit my taste. The 20/16 mm taper is too much for me. The 16 mm buckle doesn’t look proportional to the rest of the watch. It will look good on a 36mm case for example but definitely not a 40 mm or more. I bought 2 and now I have to get used to them. I’ll go with 20/18 mm next time.

the quality of the leather is good but it is too thin for my taste
I have long read about Veblenist straps, and this particular one always stuck in my head. Very pleased that it’s as nice in person and on wrist as in the pictures. It hasn’t left my watch since receiving it!

Very nice suede which has held up well to moisture and has a rich color. Recommended sizing was spot on and shipping/overall experience purchasing this strap was great.
